MONTICELLO – Elks Lodge #1544 of Monticello has presented the Sullivan County Federation for the Homeless with a check for $2000. The funding comes from an Elks National Foundation Spotlight Grant. The Spotlight Grants shine a light on three issues facing American communities: early childhood literacy, veteran homelessness, and hunger. The Federation for the Homeless has helped Elks and many others locally in their time of need.
