MONTICELLO – The New York State Police (NYSP), in conjuction with the Village of Monticello Police Department and the Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office, is currently investigating a homicide that occurred at 20 Lakewood Avenue in Monticello on Saturday. 

According to the NYSP, the victim has been identified as 42-year-old Jose Rodriguez of Monticello.
