NOTICE OF SALE

SUPREME COURT COUNTY OF Sullivan, Federal National Mortgage Association ("Fannie Mae"), Plaintiff, vs. Michael Pena as Heir at Law and Next of Kin of Kristine Pena, ET AL., Defendant(s).

Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on February 1, 2023, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Lawrence H. Cooke Sullivan County Courthouse, 414 Broadway, Monticello, NY 12701 on June 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., premises known as 223 Horseshoe Lake Road, Kauneonga Lake, NY 12749. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Bethel, County of Sullivan and State of New York, Section 17, Block 1 and Lot 26.1. Approximate amount of judgment is $271,709.96 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # E2018-128. COVID-19 safety protocols will be followed at the foreclosure sale.
