LIVINGSTON MANOR  — One Small Step is a program organized by Story Corps, that selects seven nonprofit community radio stations to join their cause across the country. This year, WJFF was one of seven to join the ranks.

After weeks of hosting conversations in the effort to bridge political divide in the face of election season, organizers invited those featured in the conversations to a listening party at the Arnold House in Livingston Manor on December 8.

“I couldn’t be more excited by the outcome of One Small Step; I truly think we fulfilled the mission of finding common ground among all of us,” said project producer and facilitator Isabel Braverman. “It was a treat for everyone to hear the varied voices of our community.”
