LIBERTY — Each year the New York State Department of Transportation Bus Inspection System Operator performs vehicle inspections on Rolling V’s Bus fleet.  Once again Rolling Vs outstanding NYSDOT inspection score exceeded the expectations from the NYSDOT Carrier compliance division.  For regular inspections, the profile identifies the number and percentage of vehicles that passed or were placed out-of-service due to one or more defects.  The goal is to have all operators pass at least 90% of their scheduled safety inspections.  Rolling V passed with an outstanding 95.4% rate.
