HONESDALE, PA — Growing Older Together (GOT), a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping local seniors live independently in their homes, is excited to announce its second annual LAVAPALOOZA benefit fundraiser.

Event Details:

• Event: LAVAPALOOZA 2024

• Date: August 3rd

• Time: 3 PM – 7 PM

• Location: Second District Brew Farm, 163 Fallsdale Road, Milanville, PA

Attendees will enjoy a retro, carnivalesque atmosphere with a variety of attractions:

• Food: Three food stands featuring summertime outdoor classics

• Drinks: Local beverages including beer and wine

• Activities: A mini midway for the kids, classic cars, a fortune teller, and a carnival barker Emcee

• Entertainment: A live auction, raffle & 50/50, and music by headlining band Lara Hope & The Ark-Tones from Kingston, NY, known for their cool modern rockabilly sounds

All activities will take place under a big tent on a stunning Pennsylvania hilltop. Tickets are $45 and are all-inclusive. Children 10 and under can attend for free.

All proceeds from the event will go towards Growing Older Together to expand its mission of connecting local seniors and the elderly with services, companionship, and much-needed assistance.
