SULLIVAN COUNTY – The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office, located at 58 Old Route 17 in Monticello, announces the promotion of Charles Stackhouse to the rank of Corporal in the Sheriff’s Patrol Division. Sheriff Mike Schiff congratulates Stackhouse, a dedicated member of the agency for seven years, during which he has served in various roles, including drone pilot, marine patrol deputy, and coordinator of Project Life Saver. In addition to his law enforcement duties, Stackhouse is also an EMT with the Bethel Ambulance Corps and a firefighter with the White Lake Fire Department.
