The Tedeschi Trucks Band delivered a powerhouse performance at Bethel Woods on Sunday night, along with opening acts Little Feat and Margo Price, with a vibrant celebration of blues, rock and country echoing through the hills.

Little Feat kicked off the night, bringing their classic blend of rock, blues, and swampy grooves. Their performance was a reminder of why they have remained a beloved act for decades. Margo Price followed with a blend of country, Americana and rock. Her set was a delightful mix of heartfelt lyrics and dynamic energy, captivating the crowd and setting the stage for the night.

As Tedeschi Trucks Band took the stage, the crowd was fully immersed in the musical journey. The band, led by the husband-wife duo of Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi, delivered a soulful and electrifying set that showcased their extraordinary talent and chemistry. Highlights included covers of classics like “Sugaree” by Jerry Garcia and “I Want to Take You Higher” by Sly & the Family Stone, as well as their original hits like “Bound for Glory.” The band’s mix of blues, rock, and jazz, combined with Tedeschi’s powerful vocals and Trucks’ virtuosic guitar work, created a transcendent experience that had the crowd on their feet.

Overall, the concert was a testament to the enduring appeal of roots music and the exceptional talent of these artists. Each act brought something unique to the stage, culminating in a night that felt both nostalgic and fresh.
