To the editor:

Congratulations to the Sullivan County Democrat for its continued success 130 years after its first edition.

The expanded coverage as the Times Herald Record recedes and the recent addition of a Spanish newspaper clearly shows that there is still space in this world for good reporting and print journalism.

My only real complaint is that newspapers are so chock full of readable stories it’s hard to finish one before the next edition arrives.
