Marie Smith was crowned “USA Spirit Queen of Queens 2023-2024” on November 19th in Schenectady, NY. Involved with the state pageants annually, she’s always come away with a Title. You are lucky if touched by her compassion and gift of spirit to the community the year through.

Our sympathy to the family and friends of local active community member, Fred Hahn, who passed recently.

Rosalyn Carter, humanitarian and wife of Former President Jimmy Carter, has died at 96 years of age. Statesman Henry Kissinger died recently at the age of 100. Berkshire Hathaway’s Warren Buffet loses his partner and decades-long friend, Charlie Munger, who passed at 99 years of age. Lastly, Sandra Day O’Connor, Supreme Court Justice, has died at the age of 93... Lengthy lifetimes for very productive, impressive people.
