To the editor:

It has been such a wonderful addition to our county to have this beautiful music venue in our backyard. Since its inception, my family and I have been happy to support Bethel Woods and enjoy the amenities of membership.

Alas, this has definitely not been the case this year. Despite being a member, five phone calls and one email remain unanswered, so the likelihood of good seats for concerts (which members should have some preference, and pay no fees) is greatly diminished.

I don’t know if there is new management this year; I wonder if other local subscribers have experienced these same frustrations.   What a disappointment after COVID, when looking forward to concerts this summer!
