Gary Bivins, of Parksville, NY, a retired grounds keeper for Liberty CSD, a lifelong area resident, died Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility in Liberty, NY. He was 79.

Gary was predeceased by his wife Dolly Bivins. Gary is survived by one son Craig Bivins and his wife Lisa of Neversink; one daughter Michelle Decker and her husband Bill of Neversink and four grandchildren Connor Decker, Andrea Decker, Willow Bivins and Kaylee Mosher.

A funeral service will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
