Summitville Fire District RFP for External Auditing Services:

The Summitville Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified independent certified public accountants or independent public accountants for External Auditing Services for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Your proposal must also include the preparation of the Annual Update Report to be summited to NY State. The audit is to be conducted in accordance with the U.S. generally accepted auditing standards and the standards applicable to Financial Audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, Issued by the Comptroller General of the United States.

Request for Proposal (RFP) Specifications are available by calling the District Treasurer at 845-647-3591. Any inquiries concerning this RFP must be in writing and should be addressed to Theresa E. Henkel, PO Box 140, Summitville, NY 12781. Inquires must be dated September 23, 2021 or earlier. All requests for Proposals for the External Auditing Services must be received by the Fire District Treasurer at PO Box 140, Summitville, NY 12781 by 5:00pm on September 30, 2021 or the District reserves the right to reject all proposals.
