County, State of New York will hold

a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on June 20,

2024 at the Town Hall located at 74

Smales Road, Lake Huntingron, N.Y.

for the purpose of considering the

Cochecton Development Subdivision

(50 Westervelt Road) submitted by

Agent, Bruce Fulton of Fulton Land

Surveying, Livingston Manor, N.Y.

The said property is identified by

tax map number 3.-3-50 located

at Westerly of Westervelt Road, Town

of Cochecton, Sullivan County. The

project consists of the present property

being divided into three (3) separate parcels.
