Notice of Resolution Adopted Subject to Permissive Referendum

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Loch Sheldrake Fire District, at a regular meeting thereof, held on July 8, 2021 duly adopted the following resolutions subject to a permissive referendum.

Resolution #1

A resolution authorizing the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Loch Sheldrake Fire District to expend $90,000 of monies from the Vehicle, Equipment & Apparatus IMM #5548 to purchase 2001 KME custom pumper rescue, refurbished in 2013 from Centerville Fire District. $70,000 for the truck with $20,000 potential extra expense for refurbishing truck to meet LSFD standards.

Be it resolved by Board of Fire Commissions of the Loch Sheldrake Fire District as follows:

Section 1. Pursuant to section 6 - G subdivision 7 of the General Municipal Law, the monies authorized for this expenditure shall be paid from the Vehicle, Equipment & Apparatus IMM #5548.
