MONTICELLO — Sullivan County Court Judge E. Danielle Jose-Decker has been named Supervising Judge of the Town and Village Courts for the Third Judicial District. 

Judge Jose-Decker brings to this appointment not only her judicial experience as a County Court Judge, Surrogate, Acting Family and Acting Supreme Court Justice, but also her prior experience as a town/village attorney for various municipalities. 

Judge Jose-Decker has also served twice as President of the Sullivan County Bar Association and Assistant District Attorney in Sullivan County. She is looking forward to this opportunity to assist with the implementation of initiatives relevant to town and village court operations.  

The Third Judicial District includes the counties of Albany, Columbia, Greene, Rensselaer, Scoharie, Sullivan and Ulster.
