Reenergizing Broadway

Monticello

I have found no convenient chargers in the Monticello area, but my hybrid does well with the 110V in my garage so I’m OK. I could walk from Thompson town hall to Home Depot if the charger is available or if I ever go to the DMV or Family Court, I could plug in there.

Expanding the minimal coverage already at the government center will assist those apartment dwelling employees that have no place to plug in at home.

Another needy group are those passing through, that could mean temporary residents.

It could mean needing a place for a charge and a meal, hours from home.

A few chargers on Broadway would be a tease to a larger group off Broadway with well lit passage and signs showing the direction of the eateries. Once word gets out, the chargers would be a stop for migrating students and vacationing families while they explore the revised charm of Broadway.
