“Way to Go 7th and 8th Grade Students!”

TRI-VALLEY — On Tuesday, November 21, a special ceremony was held at Tri-Valley Central School for 7th and 8th grade students. The assembly, put on by the 7th and 8th grade teachers, recognized students for achieving Perfect Attendance, Honor Roll, High Honor Roll, and Principal’s Honor Roll for the first quarter.

Special awards were also given to students who the 7th and 8th grade teachers selected as going above and beyond expectations inside and outside of the classroom. In the 8th grade, Shelby Carroll and Lilia Murden won awards for Academic Excellence, Grace Nichols and Jiya Patel won awards for Leadership, Avery Carrier and Christopher Parken won awards for Outstanding Work Ethic, AJ Etayyem, Gerard Kingeter, and Dino Radoncic won awards for Most Improved, Gage Houghtaling, Sanaa Lawrence, and Madeline Uhl won awards for Outstanding Participation, and Angelina Flores and Julia Sweetman won awards for Exemplary Collaboration.

In the 7th grade, Brea Sheeley and Sophia Horton won awards for Academic Excellence, Mason De La Cuadra and Thomas Verbert won awards for Leadership, Caleb Davison and Peyton Evans won awards for Outstanding Work Ethic, Alexa Russo and Kayla Bickham won awards for Most Improved, Logan Hendrickson and Tyler Graham won awards for Outstanding Participation, and Carl Sweatt and Emily Hadden won awards for Exemplary Collaboration.

Congratulations to all of the students who were recognized. We are very, very proud of all of their accomplishments!
