The SC Division of Planning, Community Development & Environmental Management assessment of potable and wastewater infrastructure is underway with Delaware Engineering and area municipal departments. Research, tests and facts must lead actions, especially for high-density development. Next watch: Feasibility study for a county incinerator.                                                                                                                                    

Meanwhile, we can be stewards of conservation and institute good environmental practices. ie: ‘reduce, reuse, recycle’.
