ROSCOE – The Catskill Cardinals are an American Basketball Association (ABA) and are already off to a 2-0 start to the season. Their first two games have been on the road, but the Cardinals will make their home debut on November 26.
The team will be playing their home contests for the year at Roscoe Central School in the Fred Ahart Gymnasium.
The Catskill Cardinals have worked with both Livingston Manor and Roscoe Central School Districts and their youth basketball programs, helping to develop the next generation of hoopers with camps to teach kids valuable skills.
The team traveled to Vermont in their most recent contest, winning 127-121 to jump out to 2-0 and the Cardinals are currently tied for the 15th best team in the nation.
Home games throughout the season will be played on Saturdays at 2 p.m. The scheduled dates for the Cardinals are November 26, December 10, January 7, January 28 and February 11.
